St. Thomas More School is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant in the Primary Learning Center effective with the 2017-2018 School Year. The successful candidate must:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google mail/calendar, database management, as well as other office equipment.
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Exhibit a high degree of integrity, loyalty, dependability, and have a strong work ethic. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations.
- Be able to work independently and proficiently.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude as well as maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or business certification is a plus.
- Experience in office management preferred.
