ImPACT testing is a neurocognitive test for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students, developed for the management of sports related concussions. It provides a baseline for players and assists the physicians in evaluating athletes for safe return to play should they suffer a concussion.
On Monday, June 5, 2017, ImPACT testing will be offered to all 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students at STM. The testing will take place in the PLC computer Lab from12:15-3:15 pm (three 45 minute sessions are offered), and a reservation is required. Please see contact information below.
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) will be providing the testing at STM School for a charge of $15.00. Cash or check (made out to LVHN) and a completed consent form MUST be brought on the day of testing.
LVHN Testers recommend yearly testing for this age group.
